This is much softer and more comfortable than the standard back brace. When I pump it up I feel like a bicycle pump is doing the work! Kinda weird. Very soft. I can wear it for about an hour in the morning and later when I am doing dishes or laundry, etc. Nothing is going to cure me…. but this makes a difference and doesn’t “scratch” (not sure what word to use) up my shirts. I may buy another one – one for work and one for home. Definitely worth the money Nigerians lol, their packaging is sweet too, i use the bag many times

Ordered and just received it in the mail. Never wrote a review so fast. On the first try it cracked my back in a few spots and I actually could feel the pressure points. It felt good. I tried to use it on my high back but that just gave me a good stretch. Honestly, I was a little nervous about this plastic thing not breaking but once I got onto laying on it. It was super secure and didn’t move. I do recommend it.

I don’t walk with a limp anymore. I’ve slowly been able to regain my strength back since I’m no longer in pain. I love it. Best investment for back pain relief I’ve ever gotten. I’ve had this pinched nerve in my back from a bulging disc. My pain has been incredibly intense to the extent that I could barely walk for years. Went to Chiropractors and got no relief. I’ve had this pinched nerve in my backI have had this pain for several weeks. I ordered when I was having problems with the bulging discs in my back. I have had other pressurization belts on my back before with good results so I thought I would try this belt. Since we have a large area that requires quite a bit of time and work, I was really surprised how much this belt helped, way better than the others. I could actually move quite easily the day after. Realizing that I need to wear it for quite a few of my activities, its a really awesome product.

If there was ever a send from the gods, this is IT! I’ve spent my gold on doctors without success. I’ve lived in agony without fixing the pain from lumbar stenosis and the results from a lumbar spine compression fracture including spinal disk narrowing for years. The very first moment I applied this appliance, I achieved relief, instantly! Miracles do happen! As usual, however, the old irritating pain returns in daily life. But, continued use, I find relief yet again. Finding it useful while sitting in a seat, like a car seat, alleviates my pain especially while traveling. Albeit, I have yet to use the appliance at any level greater than the lowest level. This is made with a durable kind of plastic, well-designed, and lightweight. The only trouble I may have is to set higher levels of back curvature maximizing the backstretch available. I would caution the first-time user to use the lowest setting. Stiff sore backs like mine can take only so much “correction” at the beginning! So easy does it, my back says “thanks!” I’m a dedicated user and at 81, I’m great-full to be relieved of pain!

I am a 50ish man with a history of back issues and some nagging injuries, who walks about 10 miles throughout the day at work and rarely has time to sit down. Even five minutes a day of using this simple device helps to relieve back pressure which in turn helps my hip flexors and glutes. When I do the basic stretch on the lowest setting and lift my arms above my head, it helps to stretch my rib cage area and my breathing improves. My posture is much better as well. Some things you should know– be prepared for it to initially be a bit uncomfortable- this is temporary, just breath through it. The first few times using it, I was so tight that I could only use it for about a minute. The third or fourth time and it was a lot better. When you are done using it, don’t get up immediately. Just roll off of it and lay on your side for about 30 seconds-let your body catch up. This is super easy to put together, is durable, and portable. I take it to work with me for when I can have a few minutes to myself, and afterward, I feel energized and ready to finish my day. Give it a shot- be a little patient.

This belt is amazing. My husband has had surgery before for a ruptured disk. Still has a herniated disk and he is in constant lower back pain. I decided to buy this for him. Ohh my God, as soon as he put it on, he felt relief and could feel his spine aligning. Would definitely recommend it ten times over.

This has been one of my favorite purchases in Nigeria so far! I am a chiropractor and will definitely be recommending this to my patients. It has helped reduce my own back pain. The applications for this product are endless. It helps reduce pain, decreases inflammation, brings nutrition to the discs, can help with disc herniations, stretching the muscles in the low back…etc. I could feel it working the first time that I tried it. The pump works very easily so it reduces your chances of injury. As you pump it up you can start to feel the tension being relieved and the pain disappear. I used some ice afterward because I know that traction can cause some soreness but boy was I amazed by how much it helped. Anyone could use this device as it is very gentle on the spine. I would recommend this 100 times to anyone with low back pain. But don’t forget this is not a replacement for your chiropractor lol!

My husband suffers from scoliosis and ankylosing spondylitis. At N44,500 + 2x ‘s a week physical therapy was becoming way too expensive for us since we had a fixed income. His therapy was predominately traction so we thought we would give this belt a chance. so glad we did!! It gives him great relief and even his therapist was impressed with the results enough to release him from therapy. For us, it was a great investment in affordable pain relief!

I’ve been battling a herniated disc in my back. Nothing and I mean nothing would give me relief. For N24,500, I thought I’d give this a shot. First time I laid on it Level 1 I instantly felt relief yet it hurt. Moved to level 2 and could really feel it. It stretched my back as no other stretch could. I use it daily. My back doesn’t feel as compressed anymore. It comes with a strap so you can attach it to a chair for lumbar support- I’ve been doing this while I work at the computer all day. It’s helped tremendously!! Simple yet effective. Definitely recommend!

Mornings were the worst. I hurt my back so bad that it took me about 5 minutes of excruciating pain to get out of bed in the mornings. Any wrong move or slight bump and I would be down on the floor. I ordered the next day’s delivery and put it on right away. Definitely helped. So strong it can make your ribs hurt if you inflate it hard enough. I kept it on my nightstand and in the morning I put it on myself while still lying in bed. Made it much easier to get out of bed. I wore it for maybe 2 hours, then I could get through most of the day until evening when I would put it on when I started hurting again. After a couple of weeks, I don’t need it anymore. You can vary the pressure and support by inflating or partially deflating it. My life has been much easier and comfortable. I keep promoting this product and brand as best as I can because it works.

This is the ticket! I use it for 5-10 minutes per day before going to bed, and I can feel my lower back release during use. I’m a pretty flexible and active person, so the highest level is doable for me, although I usually use it for 5-7 minutes in that setting. The 2nd level is more than enough to get relief, though. I would highly recommend this if you need relief from everyday back pain.es a day and I got relief. Everybody’s body is different so to your comfort level. Definitely worth it.
