This is much softer and more comfortable than the standard back brace. When I pump it up I feel like a bicycle pump is doing the work! Kinda weird. Very soft. I can wear it for about an hour in the morning and later when I am doing dishes or laundry, etc. Nothing is going to cure me…. but this makes a difference and doesn’t “scratch” (not sure what word to use) up my shirts. I may buy another one – one for work and one for home. Definitely worth the money Nigerians lol, their packaging is sweet too, i use the bag many times

Ordered and just received it in the mail. Never wrote a review so fast. One the first try it cracked my back in a few spots and I actually could feel the pressure points. It felt good. I tried to use it on my high back but that just gave me a good stretch. Honestly I was a little nervous about this plastic thing not breaking but once I got onto laying on it. It was super secure and didn’t move. I do recommend it.
